To begin, just fill out the short intake form on our website page entitled ‘Design Now.’ It's designed to let us learn more about your club and how you'd like your kit to look. It also lets you upload any necessary images like crests and sponsors.
You’re welcome to fill in this form in as much or as little detail as you’d like, but the more information we have, the quicker we’ll be able to create a set of designs that you really love.
After submitting our intake form, you will be directed to create an account on our Design Portal. This is an instant messenger account where you'll correspond with our design team directly and place your order.
After receiving your design form, the Icarus team will then conduct our own research into your club and begin work on your concepts. Within 7 business days, we’ll send you an initial set of concept designs based on your ideas.
If there’s a design that you love already, that’s brilliant. But equally, if you’re not into them, that’s no problem at all. You can request as many alterations to the designs that you’d like to see—or even a set of totally new designs—in up to 5 free design rounds
*Please note that the design process may take longer depending on the number of requested edits. Edits generally take 1-3 business days.
We'll send your items to you as soon as production is complete. Shipping costs vary by location and weight, but we cap our shipping charge at $100—we will never charge you more than that, no matter the size of your order.
