Icarus Football is a design-focused brand that was founded in 2017 to provide teams with creative and personal apparel.  Each team that we partner with is provided with a dedicated graphic design professional. They'll work with a team to  produce totally unique designs that reflect their club's identity (i.e. history, values, location and culture).

We believe that our creative, accessible, affordable, and collaborative approach makes our company unique. Job Title: Head of Operations & Retail

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage each Icarus manufacturing project from the point that an order is placed to the point that the customer receives their goods.
  • Correspond with our supply partners throughout the production process to ensure that items are being manufactured to the highest standard.  
  • Coordinate the Icarus design team, ensuring that they are on top of client projects and communication.
  • Manage the Icarus warehouse team, ensuring that they have all the requisite information to fulfil orders in a speedy and perfectly accurate manner. 
  • Record keeping and database management.
  • Improve our existing supply chains and establish new efficient supply chains. 
  • Work with company leadership to build and implement increasingly efficient systems for the design process, manufacturing, shipping, and fulfilment. 
  • Identify inefficiencies and create solutions for holistic company growth.
  • Oversee the Icarus Club Shop system.
  • Organize Icarus retail, which includes but is not limited to inventory management, retail strategy and retail product development.
  • Learn and document this role for future recruitment, hiring and training of new employees. 

Job Qualification:

  • Creative problem solver and effective communicator.
  • Mandarin language skills (optional but helpful)

    Job Type: Full Time (40 hours per week) 

    Location: At Icarus Football's Philadelphia office every day. Remote work is unfortunately not possible for this role.

    PTO: 20 days 

    Starting Salary: Competitive - dependent on previous experience
